Pretty good
Access America is now known as Allianz, but I used them when they were still using the former name. I had a great experience! My parents went on a cruise from Corsica through Europe and my brother and I paid for it all, including the travel insurance. We wanted to make sure my parents were insured because you never know what could happen on these cruises. I feel that it was worth it and was there "just in case". Recommended!

Okay by me
Although I never had to called them for anything It was blessing knowing that I had them hand if I happened to need them.The setup was pretty easy and customer service is a blessing.

Access America: A Helping Hand
Access America offers a fantastic service, there is no other feeling quite like not being able to communicate with a local when a family member has been hurt or is in legal trouble in an unfamiliar country or part of the world. The service they provide is well worth it, especially if you are backpacking Europe! Came in handy a lot when trying to find what hostiles to stay out, very helpful and will guide you in the right direction easily.

Access America Travel Insurance
We had a family member hospitalized in Hawaii and Access America helped talk with the Drs. and we were able to get them out after 3 days. Access America paid for the unused days on the prepaid package as an interrupted trip. They were great.

Didn't end up using it
I didn't have to use it, but it did offer peace of mind for a recent trip we took. It was nice to know we were covered, but after the fact it seemed expensive since we didn't need it.
