good store for auto parts , timeliness service with satisfying seat covers.
that Luxury leather car seat cover is quite a durable one , with nice touching ,elegant designing ,most important it is a made in China one .good experience ,good products.

Very disappointed
I will never step foot back in this store in Grand Prairie Tx off of Beltline the do not help you ask fior paint ( because it's locked up but god for bid the heavy set guy behind the counter to attempt to take 3 steps, but he will further in the back towards another guy that's sitting down and right beside this lady that has been looking at me since I've walked in folding boxes but I asked again and was ignored or maybe the Spanish radio station was so loud he didn't here me for the seconded time BUT IM A FAST LEARNER IT WONT BE A THIRD AND 1 thing I know that store will NOT MAKE it with the really enthusiastic team you have working there on June 23 except the lady that helped me this first time I went in there 30min. Before oh did I mintion there was one customer in the store but the heavy set Spanish guy with the beard yeah keep him if you want to close that store pathetic so called customer service !!!!!!!! Went to auto zone and got what I needed and it was cheaper but it sure didn't bother them when I asked for paint Advance Auto Parts good luck wonder what's going to be in that building next

25.00 dollars when spending a 100.00 dollar online order.
i spent over 300.oo dollars online orders and had to argue for weeks to get just one 25..00 dollar coupon. never will i use them again, go pep boys

ordered 3 different plye back up cameras from this place and all 3 had to be returned. don't know to blame advanced or pyle because of piss poor product quality control. but if I got 3 bad ones its telling me most are bad if not all.i would highly recommend not to buy any of these products. the last camera kit was an up grade the list for over 200.00 dollars and it is junk just like its name its a pyle of ----.

Super helpful!
My husband had to change the radiator in his Explorer, so we went to Advanced Auto Parts to get everything he needed. The guys who worked there were awesome and helped us find just what we needed. The prices were great and we will continue to use this company for all of our auto parts needs.

Advance auto parts are okay with me
Advance auto parts are my go to store for car parts.They're are very easy going when assisting you and they are very well cost effective. I order parts from this store frequently because my family owns a mechanic shop.And I would recommend this store to anyone who wants great customer service and timeliness for their buck.Not sure about others experience but the ones I have encountered in my town has been great thus far.

An OK Store
Advance Auto Parts is not my first choice when I am looking for a part for a car. I usually go to other stores first, and if they do not have it I will got to Advance. The prices are pretty similar to other places. Also, the employees are pretty nice and helpful. I have never had a problem with their customer service, or their products. They are an okay car parts store, but they aren't my first choice.

Helpful but not the best
Advanced Auto Parts is my go to for car parts but not for any work to be done on my car beyond an oil change. From what I can tell visiting my local shop is that they generally have the parts I need or can order them in a timely manner but the employees don't seem to enjoy the job at hand, therefor I always have the work done elsewhere.

Every part i get from here goes bad after a few weeks, just when i thought a part was doing good and i shouldnt have had no problems with it, it went bad. Even with the part having lifetime warranty i wont take bad, i would rather just go to another part store and buy a better part. They need to make stronger parts.

bad Business with Advance Auto...........Made the purchase of a rebuilt starter........bad mistake.......IT BUSTED apart in a year and 2 months...........all the way inside my bell housing. Now this will cost me $300.00 dollars, we called the corporate office in Virgina lots of promises, and then a late night call from the corporate stating this item was one insured for one year, don't want your part, I want my vehicle repaired from your faulty junk product,......don't buy starters from this company!

These guys have an agreement with my local car repair shop-- they run over whatever is needed, exactly when it is needed. This make service speedy and efficient!

Avoid Advance Auto Parts like the plague. I recently ordered a part which turned out to be defective. I returned it and am waiting for 2 months for a credit. I've made approximately 10 calls to get it resolved to no avail. They always tell me that they have to talk to corporate and I wait for approx. 10 minutes and then tell me that person is not available and to call back again tomorrow.

I deal with Advance store Number 6659 on Woodruff Road @Five Forks Community.I am A very limited small business and that said, Employee Les and Rick always treat me as if I were a corporation when I need service of any kind,We joke around like family and when it comes to business they are very knowledgeable and prompt and professional.There was also another good guy there who has now since gone to the Laurens road store,his name was(is) Anthony.Les seems to really know the field of mechanics.He is ,I would consider,An exceptional asset to the company as well as Rick because of exercised professionalism.Please foward this to those whom would use this rating to the best benefit of the company and its employees.Thanks Sincerely,Rick Massengale(Rick's Auto Repair)and friends.

I owne a local garage here in morgantown wv.i purchase 99% of my parts from your store number 5882.I recently purchased a 2.5 motor.i payed $1,805.51 that included a $345.00 core charge.When i returned my core the manager(Scott Mcclain)told me he didnt have the money to give me.He was very very rude and nasty.After some time he finaly did reimburse me.I was very upset and im not sure i will continue to buy my parts from your stores.In my opinion this man is a very bad manager.
