I do not understan how this company remains in business. I contact customer support to receive a statement on an account I closed so that I could turn in my receipt for reimbersement. I was repeated told they have NO method of getting this information from me. They cannot send me a reciept or bill because they are a paperless company. They cannot email me the information because they do not have an external email system. They cannot fax the information to me. All they were willing to do is READ me the dates of all charges and credit so that I can go through my bank statements. This seems unreasonable for 2011.
Please note I cancelled the service because it did not perform as advertised.
