Hallmark joy = Christmas joy
Besides the cheesy cards and everything, my favorite Hallmark thing are the Hallmark movies!!Nothing like veging out on my bed and watching Hallmark cheesy movies

Diversity
I love Hallmark movies in every category. However, I am disappointed that Hallmark continues to cater to one race or ethnicity. I would love to see diversity in the main characters of the movies. I am sure Hallmark must know that people of various cultures and skin color experience life, love, trials and holidays just like the main characters they choose to cast in their movies. I know that Hallmark caters to a target audience but would it be great if every once in a while the movies and series can reflect the diversity of our country. I consider lack of diversity as poor customer service to your customers of color.

Cards are expensive as it is, inside piece of paper shouldn't fall out. 7.99 is steep enough quality needs to inprove.

Hallmark Channel late-night programming
Just endured 3 months of intolerable 24-hour Christmas programming & was delighted with the return of midnight to 3am (Central Time) "Frasier" that I love, only to now, Feb. 2, have it yanked AGAIN for inane 24-hour Valentine programming. Can't you limit the "special" holiday garbage to prime-time for the soccer moms & blue-hairs since they're it's target audience and aren't up that late at night? You're ruining normal viewing airing this nonsense overnight.

Great Online store
Hallmark is one of the great online card store and it's saving my time.. For my marriage, I printed cards from hallmark.. Everyone told that was way too beautiful.. Wedding ended up blessedly.. thanks to Hallmark..

I go to Hallmark area for my cards because they are the best cards to mail to family members.
I bought 7 Valentine cards at 3.00 each, I address them and lick them to close card, Well guess what your glue is worthless, have you changed glue factories? Dissapointment because I had to close them with scotch tape, so tacky..Please look into this matter. I purchased them at Wal Mart in Las Vegas, Nv. on Boulder Hwy..I know I will never hear from you and you will probably file me in trash basket.. Hope someone cares..Jennie Luna-cook

very few choices mother/father birthday cards!!! too many halloween/christmas cards. both holidays important...but family special days come before any holiday. What happened to all the cards?????????? Very disappointed

Fine place to work if you only want part time/ do not promote from within
Prosflexible schedule, cheery environment, good family life/work balance,great if you are retired or in college
Cons
No chance to move up no matter how dedicated you might be, your vast knowledge of Co.,how hard or how long you have worked there. Slim staff.
Advice to Senior Management
Promote qualified people from within to create a "positive team environment". Demoralizing to employees when you constantly hire outside Co. Creates resentment. I don't know if the "higher ups" realize how the district management treats employees in this regard.
