Charged for an oil change they did not do
I took my car to a Jiffy Lube an Colorado Springs was charge for a full service oil change. I quickly noticed that one of my grease zerks had not been touched and my tires were not checked I immediately took it to a second Jiffy Lube and verified with pictures the oil was not changed the gearbox is were not checked the tires were not checked the chassis was not lubed. The gentleman at the second Jiffy Lube told me they did not have the tool to check one of my gear boxes and they were going to assume that it's good. If I wanna checked I would have to go next-door to big O tires as the office does not have enough money to pay for tools for that location. One of the other employees went next-door to borrow a tool and it turned out that gearbox was a quart and a half flow of fluid which is critical my transfer case was also a quart and a half low. All of my grease boots had no grease in them which is also a huge problem. I attempted to speak with the general manager who is in the store she told me the most she could do for me was offer me half off my next oil change and then quickly left the building I have pictures of all of this. I spent just over three hours and had to lay on my stomach on there cold dirty floor to ensure that my car was properly done.

I have a 07 Chevy Impala LS 3.5 I took it to Jiffy Lube to get oil change the mechanic told me that I had a oil leak that needs to be fixed he never mentioned that the screw on the oil pan was stripped or if he stripped it I drove to Sacramento and drove back and I have a blown head gasket mechanic looked under my car to remove the drain plug to see if water was mixed in oil and the boat completely was loose and came off boat is very strict I'm going to file a lawsuit against Jiffy Lube if my engine isn't replaced

Fast oil changes!
i always get my oil changed with this company and it is ALWAYS very fast and done well! The guys who work there are awesome and willing to help with whatever I need. They always have great coupons too! Recommended!
