Kaiser Permanente has offered me so much help towards my recovery for years. The staff members are kind, pharmacy lines have a good wait time, I've had no bad experience

Childbirth at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles is a 3-rd world experience.
Overcrowded, rushed, absent doctors, brusque nurses. I narrowly avoided an unnecessary C-section with an Indian ob/gyn - who was let go, for other reasons, shortly after my stay.
In Denver, they're worse. Low-quality physicians with no incentive to go above and beyond basic care. An CPMG (Colorado Permanente Medical Group/Kaiser) ob/gyn blotched an Amniocentsis and terminated my pregnancy in the 5th month. Their contract says not responsible. Its been an uphill battle trying to get Kaiser to reimburse me for hospital stay, burial fees, autopsy/pathology costs. Oh, no apology either.

Kaiser Psychiatry is the WORST I have ever experienced. Do not buy Kaiser Insurance!! They force you to see their terrible Psychiatrist's at only THEIR locations which are never anywhere close you!!

I have never had a bad experience at Kaiser, and feel comforted by the thought that they have very qualified, caring doctors at their hospitals. I was born at this hospital, and go here for any treatment I need simply because they are the superior, most efficient hospital in the area. I am going to college and hope to pursue a career in nursing at this hospital one day.

I followed the instructions necessary to reach a live person and they do ABSOLUTELY nothing. The recorded message goes on, and on, and on, not responding to the prompts. My fifth attempt consisted of randomly punching numbers on my keypad, and I finally got through to a representative.
You have a terrible system and I highly recommend you actually try it out before publishing the process as steps to reach a live person.
