I have a Lexmark Pro 915 and previously have been able to print from my mobile phone as well as my IPad. Now I can't print from either devices and have not been able to find anything online relative to this and very upset. I have read many negative comments relative to this problem with other people. Would not have another Lexmark even if someone were to give it to me.

The ink cartridges are Lexmark are so expensive and you cannot refill them. What a waste I liked Lexmark up until now. I will never buy another one. What a shame does all it is asked very well except print.

I Purchase A Lexmark Pro 400 At Home Depot In Dallas I20 It Has Been Noting But Trouble I Realy Need To Get A Replacement Or A Refund Iam Going To Have To Get A New Printer

This is an ultra stupid design for Lexmark S415.Because my color ink is out,I cannot use my almost full black ink cartridge to do any printing or copying.The only thing just as stupid that I have ever heard of is a mechanic who told me that to take the nuts off my BMW wheel is more expensive than other none BMW cars.

Perfect choice for precise printing.

In my field of work, I am required to make precise printouts of scientific diagrams that don't miss a single detail. In this requirement, I can safely rely on my Lexmark printer to make sure I get a clear print job every single time.

Their operating system on their devices are the same across the board. I like consistency.

Their drivers work well, the global driver is actually global.

They have great representatives who are knowledgeable and willing to come onsite.

They even gave me two free toners and two free drums just so I could test the machine out.

This company will actually work with 3rd party companies to insure compatibility.

Lexmark is awesome.. so far

I will say this and if you are listening, you will HEED my advice! DO NOT BUY a LEXMARK PRINTER! They don't care about customer service! They put out shoddy products. I paid over $200 a year ago for a Prospect 205 "All in One"...It's "ALL IN ONE" alright - All worthless in a worthless package! The printhead suddenly devloped the ever-so-popular "dead printhead" syndrome. It'w a very typical occurence after you have the printer for a year or so. New printheads cost nearly as much as the printer does! I have wasted lots of ink, paper and valuable time trying to fix this stinking printer. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER LEXMARK PRODUCT! I am an even bigger sucker because I thought I could solve the problem by buying new ink cartridges...so now I just spent $80 on ink cartridges which are NOT GOING TO WORK on the damned printer because the printhead is shot. I HATE Lexmark. Buy one of thier products - and YOU WILL TOO.

Brand Loyal Lexmark Customer No More!

Have been a loyal customer of Lexmark for over 12+ years. My experience with Technical was a total of 6 hrs troubleshooting 2 different times. Eventually got to Corporate, a Marshall, and was treated so shabbily that I will NEVER purchase a Lexmark printer again. Was made to feel like I had to beg just to be able to utilize my printer in the manner in which I purchased it, with an extra paper tray, to no avail. Between the wait time it takes for a resolution, the difficulty of a tech understanding your printer (lost in translation) issues, and the unprofessional way the Corporate representative treated me, I clearly understand why Lexmark is vacating the personal printer business! #nocustomerservice

Keep your hands off a Lexmark printer. You will be spending unfair amounts on future ink cartridges, even if you don't use color options. As example I bought my printer (Pro 805 series) with a low price guarantee on future Black ink cartridge. But the printer instead of using an "optimize color cartridge management" it must be using "also delete color cartridges while printing in black" and "delete the other color cartridges when a color cartridge is replaced". I wonder how no one has sued them for what seems an apparent fraud. I am tired of continuously buying color cartridges even though my consumption is practically 99% on black ink. And then beware: If any of the cartridges runs low on ink the printer will no longer function and you need to replace the cartridge. If it is a color one your replace, you will find the other two colors will deplete in no time from there on.... Then you will see how your other two color cartridges immediately adapt to lower levels of ink. HANDS OFF FROM LEXMARK PRINTERS unless you want to spend huge amounts of moneys on cartridges...

just read your reviews and my 'printhead' problems seem universal. Glad I read about others experiences. It definitely is not worth me forking out to replace the printhead. I'm going to buy another brand, before I do that I will use my trusty old HP - it doesnt fax, copy, do wifi or scan but i've never had it fail. If you don't sort your company out Lexmark, its only a matter of time!!

Sick & tired of spending a fortune on printer cartridges that don't last as long as they should. Printing just fine this morning then out of the blue with a fairly new black cartridge it tells me the left cartridge isn't compatible!? What, it was compatiable for three other print jobs 3 pages each prior to message. I tried everything, cleaning the cartridge, unplugging printer for awhile. I WILL NOT buy another Lexmark product - end of story!

I have had Lexmark Pinnacle Pro 901 multi-function (prnt/fax/scan)printer for 7 months. It is the WORST printer I have encountered in 30 years in business. Won't print much of the time. Paper jams 60% of the time it does work.

This is TOTALLY INFERIOR PRODUCT THAT SHOULD BE BANNED FROM SALES IN THE USA.

Lexmark Pro 200 series is a piece of junk. Have a problem EVERY time I try to print. Have to run the troubleshooting gamut each time to get a good page out. Uses ink at an alarming rate, does not recognize when I replace cartridges...........this is just a horrible printer.

LEXMARK HAS JUNK PRINTERS!!!!! I purchased my first one (Pro901) in April, 2011 It was 6 days old when it started spilling blue ink all over the page. Took it back to the store and made the mistake of 'upgrading' and getting another model of Lexmark. This time the S816. It started having print issues at about 3 weeks (ugly white lines through all the color). Called tech support. They replaced the printer. THAT printer lasted 2 weeks!!!! The print head malfunctioned and would not move. The error said to 'remove the obstruction'. Only thing I knew to do was remove the piece of paper it was printing on when it decided to quit (oh yeah... and it made a HORRIBLE NOISE). After removing the paper I tried printing again. Now it prints, but only color ink!!! Won't print black ink at all. I spent 2 hours on the phone, talked to 6 different people and got nothing but the run around.. this person giving me this number to call... that person passing the buck sending me to another department, etc. Finally the 6th person (I asked for a supervisor) informed me that Lexmark does not have a refund policy as I said I wanted my money back, not another junk printer. Not going to happen..... they are sending me printer #4.... JUNK, JUNK, JUNK Thinking about just trying to sell the darn thing... surely there is some other fool out there that will pay a few bucks for a $300 printer!

Oh, and believe me... no one can afford the ink for this stupid printer... it drinks ink like a drunk drinks his booze!

They do the Job

I have had a few Lexmark printer, and they seem to work just ok. The printers are always a little on the flimsy side, but so long as they are printing, I can't really complain.

I admit I was very hesitant to contact their support after numerous awful experiences with HP but I did and I'm very pleased that I did...

Wait time to get to a human was 10 minutes. Not too shabby. After explaining the issues to the tech (Marvin) he dove right in. He asked for permission to access my PC of which was granted. During his troubleshooting he updated my drivers, software and firmware and low and behold determined that I had a printhead issue...

Now, are you ready for this? The following day I received and new printhead via FedEx and a new set of ink cartridges... I replaced the printhead and all is well...

What can you say, my experience with their Technical/Customer Service was nothing short of OUTSTANDING!!!

Tried to contact Lexmark customer service and never got a response to my email. The print head failed after about twenty copies on this new printer (S405). I performed the hardware upgrade but that did not work either. Tried to order a new printer head online but the online store told me that Lexmark is aware of a defect in their S405 print head and does not know when the new print head will be available so I have junk on my computer desk now. Going back to HP and never, never using Lexmark again.

Lexmark offered a cash redemption offer of $200 with the purchase of a $500 printer (905 4in1). I purchased the printer, sent in the information and the Company kept the money.
Don't fall for the the cash redemption offers.
