Rb

I purchased my second Motorola smart phone through verizon. The first one was a droid 2 which I only upgraded to have 4G. I had the first phone 26 months and had no problems. The second was a droid RAZR mass which I have had no complaints or problems. Motorola has the best reception by far and droids have more free apps than the IPhone. The battery on this phone is also incredible lasting 2-2 1/2 days. Mind you, I do take care of my phones, but the experience of having a reliable phone is great!

I have sent 3 motorola phones in for repair over the last twenty years for warranty. (I HAVE ONLY HAD FOUR MOTOROLAS)They have all been sent back unable to repair due to water damage last phone has no sighns of water damage on the moisture tags and is two months old. I have owned several Samsung and LG phones only sent one Samsung in for repairs that was completed no questions asked. I currently hold two contracts with six phones replaced at least once every two years if not sooner due to excessive abuse I will give motorola the benefit of the dought on one of the first two but the other two were a problem from day one .I will never have another motorola phone again and recomend anyone who has one with a problem that they dont wait but send the phone in immediately for repairs or your just throwing your money away.

MOtorola Tries but misses the amrk

I had a Motorola Elite and the silicone ring that hold the phone to my ear broke so I called to get a new one. However, Motorola couldnt fix the phone so they generousley replaced my older headset, the Elite with an H19Txt, a superior device. I got the device, no directions, to users guides, nada. Tried to call them for same no help. I was told they were saving trees. Don't they know that trees are grown so that we can make paper producks and a host of other things and then THE TREES ARE REPLANTED so the used trees can be replaced with nice new ones???

Motorola TN@) works fine, but Motorola offered no driver updates (despite issuing later instructions on how to install one). Thus, planned obsolesence at its finest, Result, I just bought my daughter a Garmin.

Motorola promised us an ICS update for Atrix 4g this year. Now I learned that I will not get this update. I always liked the phone but now that I feel betrayed my Motorola. I will not buy their phone again. My son got ICS upgrade for his Atrix 2 and I think it's awesome. If my phone is capable of running ICS why can't I have it? it was promised for past 6 months ???

Now I hate Motorola, I bought an atrix 4G and now and the if I turn on the WiFi and Bluetooth the phone reboot, I was waiting for the ics update for a solution for this problems, I should have bought a Samsung galaxy SII and don't trust Motorola and this terrible hardware problems and low quality products. I never will recommed a Motorola product or buy anything from them. Now I hate Motorola.

Paid a fortune for one of their S10-HD headsets. The electronics are fine but the cheap Chineese plastic parts all disintegrated about a week out of warranty. There's not even a repair program. Looks like I'll be replacing it with a Jabra device. Buh-bye Motorola!!

Bad service

I bought a motorola SBG901 modem. And I can work under warranty. They promised me to replace it with brand new product. But, they shipped me an openned box for replacement. And they argued with me that was new. The worst case is that I shipped back broken item. And I was told that they did get it, and charged me $134.99 from my credit card without notice. Very sucks!!!, Never buy any motorola product.

Not good in market

I have only used few phones of this brand and it is not as what others own in the market. With so much features in the software the phones are very bulky and ugly from outside.
I don't like their phones much. But after the news Google has acquired motorola I was sure that now they will come up with some banger in market.

Great phones

I got a Motorola Citrus for Christmas this year and so far it has been a pleasant experience. I will say I am not fond of the android os, but I understand they're still working the bugs out of it. The price of the phone was a bit much, but it is a smartphone after all. I have dropped the phone a few times, and thought it would surely be broken, but much to my surprise not a scratch! Even on hard concrete my phone has lasted. I am very satisfied with Motorola thus-far and hope to have more experiences like the ones I've had with the phone.

I'm so disgusted with Motorola. About 7-8 months ago I went an purchased my first Android Smart Phone. Because i was new to this I picked out the cheapist A LG Ally. With the slower processor and the keyboard it's sound quality was terrific and everything worked as good as it should. But I wanted a faster phone So I went to Motorola.

I decided to get a Droid 2. I brought a brand new one on craigs list I Immeditly heard a high pitch noise during radom calls. Since I didn't buy from Verizon I called Motorla. All they could do is fix it or send me a refribished phone. I decided to be an idiot and brought a droid 2 globle from Verizon That went back in one day due to the awful qudio quality in both speaker and ear piece. I exchanged it for a droid 2. That phone still had the high pitch noise (which means Motorola had a flaw in the design ( but was not willing to admit it.) So I decided to live with it. Lately I'm getting radom disconnects due to the placment of my chin and the internet is very slow. I went through Verison and got a Droid X a 2 days ago.

I will never buy another Motorola product again. My first phone came with a krackling sound in the speaker. I immeditly went to the verizon store and got a replacemnt. While getting a replacment I just realised to make the volume in the ear piece lower I have to push both upper and lower volume key in in order to make the lower volume work. Later on I found an air can and blew out the ear piece speaker and that corrected to krackling sound. But I should not have to do this. Anyway my 2nd phone came in I'm still having the volume problem (which I never had on the droid 2)

Other than this issue I like the phone so far. But I don't like that a company that manufacturs a phone with a design flaw will refused to take responsablity for it. or better yet will release a phone with these flaws

Anyway I'm a few months away from my contract I think I'm going to get an HTC I've heard nothing but good things about the quality phones. of course I will get it from a third party vendor so I can avoid the worry free guarantee crap.
