Nordstrom has an amazing customer service. They have amazing 24 hour online chats that assist you quickly and efficiently.

I bought a pair of shoes here. The same pair of shoes were 30 dollars higher at JC Penney. Nordstrom has the best selection of everything, and their prices are very reasonable. Love this store.

Nice looking store.
The stores always look nice and clean, no matter which one I go to. The clothes are nice, as are the employees should I need anything. I really would go there more often if the prices were a little lower...crazyredhead87.... November 27th, 2011
Expensive but good store
I don't shop here on a regular basis because it is so expensive, but I do like the store, it is upscale and very well kept.

Upper Scale
Nordstroms is one the upper scale departmet stores. They tend to focus on big name brands that will reel in high premiums. The sales attendents are nice enough-- although you certainly have to look the part to get any attention from them.
