I have had enough of your web site issue! You must resolve this, it has been more than 5 weeks and I can not get my information or do any kind of activity. I will be looking for a new bank now.

Your online banking site SUCKS!!!!!!! What the heck were you guys thinking? This is what happens when you let tech people design a site without interaction of the end user. Who came up with the idea of not being able to view transaction over the course of 3months, 6months or a year? You can view them, if you want to look at each individual month. I envision a group of geeks that don’t get out much designed this wonderful system. Stop dreaming about slaying dragons, and think of a way to make this a better system. Is there anyone in management that looked at this before going live with this nightmare? I charge about $30,000 a year in materials and pay around $900 in interest. I realize that for the most part, the amount I spend means very little to a big company like PNC, but I am not the only one that has fled nor will I be the last. Fire the Geeks, and hire real people that can design and program, there out there, I sitting in a room full of them

WHY WON'T PNC RESPOND TO COURT ORDER RELEASING DEAD SONS ACCOUNTS.
PNC HAS REFUSED TO RELEASE FUNDS AS A RESULT OF A COURT ORDER DIRECTING THEM TO DO SO. WHEN CONFRONTED, THEY DIRECTED ME TO LEGAL DEPARTMENT. NO ONE WILL GIVE ME THE PHONE NUMBER TO THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT AND NO ONE WILL TRANSFER ME TO THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT. THEY ARE REFUSING TO HELP ME. DONT PUT YOUR MONEY HERE. YOU WILL NEVER SEE IT AGAIN.

PNC Bank is terrible to do business with, and I would recommend that anyone thinking of using them for a loan seriously reconsider and find another loan institution. Our nightmare began when we locked the rate on our HELOC (Home equity line of credit) on 11/30/2010 by phone. We were given the "locked rate", only to later have the rate increased because we didn't have the paperwork signed and submitted by the last day of the month (11/30/2010, hello!). With no branch in our state, we couldn't have gone in to complete the paperwork on the same day, and were NEVER told during the rate lock conversation on the phone that the rate would only be locked in at the quoted rate if the paperwork were completed within three hours. We didn't even receive the paperwork from PNC Bank until December 7, 2010, and signed and sent it back within two business days. They would not change the now higher rate back to our originally quoted rate after months of talking with their customer service, writing a letter of complaint about their business practices, or threatening to go to our state's attorney general, so we paid the loan off completely. Now the payoff amount has changed from what we were quoted as of the exact date of the payoff, and I haven't even received the overpaid amount 5 WEEKS NOW AFTER THE LOAN WAS PAID OFF!! Was told today (9/16/11) that it would be another week or more for that now reduced refund amount. I will NEVER, understand NEVER, do business with PNC Bank or any affiliate in the future, and highly recommend that anyone who does not want to be cheated out of their hard earned money stay away from PNC Bank!
