never ever again will i purchase a phillips product. tv wont turn on - did i mention 2nd phillips tv to break within one year. they require photos of tv front/back & receipt and CLEAR pic of serial # from back of TV which is IMPOSSIBLE. by the time you take photo & upload and attach to email it is blurry do to print being so small. phillips will NOT do a thing to help you unless u can email this impossible task. i took over 300 photos and not one was clear which included me trying to use magnifying glass.

i bought a Philips TV and we used it for 3mos and then suddenly the TV went black out and out of sound when we coordinated to the customer service for this and requesting for asap home service but up until now they don't have the schedule when to pick up the said item. I was the one who will coordinate things to them when they said that they are going to update they are not going to return to any inquiries. They already know what is the damaged at all but it took days for them to forward the details to their logistic for scheduling of pull out. You are offering a home service but you are giving us a hustle service and communication with your service you ask a lot of information to the buyer can you not coordinate with the malls about the concern of buyer? if you have the documents at first?. Compare to other items that we purchased if there is a problem they accommodate respond on their given time. You give us the 3-5 working days of service its been 8 days and nothing happen yet. I hope that your customer service don't yell at your buyer. And the personnel should explain further about what you offer specially your service. And please don't offer home service if this would bring hustle for your customer. I would like to add also that your quality control should check clearly all the items for us to avoid this kind of circumstances. We purchase item because we want to use them not to display.

We paused the tv for about 5 minutes while watching a movie and when we got back the tv just stopped working. The power went off and it won't come back on. We checked power outlet and it's working. Just the tv has no power. Please help

Never buy Philips electronics product as I worked, they degrated quality like anything and I has many failures not able to repair.

Great illumination.

Phillips house lights work great with brightening up my house. The bulbs last significantly longer than other brands I've tried.

Philps Sucks with follow thourgh!

My 2 year old son received a portable DVD player for Christmas. When he first received it the DVD player worked great and was easy to use. After about four months of 3-4 (for 30 minute Leap Frog DVD) times a week use. It started freezing up and would not play his DVD's. Then one day it just stopped working all together. I called Phillips who told me it would be no problem to return without recite as recite long as I could provide numbers on the DVD player itself to ensure it was not purchased with in the 1 year warranty time frame. I e-mailed them all the information they requested and even received a read it had gone though and was opened. I waited the 4-6 weeks they said would be the processing time to send an envelope to mail it back to Phillips in and they would then send out a replacement DVD player. I did not receive anything by the end of the 6 weeks and I called back just to be told there was no record of my phone call or e-mail. I gave all the information over the phone again but this time I faxed everything to them and I received a confirmation that fax went though. I waited again another 6 weeks (per their request of the 4-6 week processing time). I just called back today for the status and was told they were up to date on claims and mine was never filed. Again I had to give all the info over the phone and now again e-mail the info they needed. I was told that they use a digital fax machine and not all faxes come though some go to spam without notice. Even though I received a notice it went though it must have gone to their spam folder. This time at least they did have a note about my last call entered. The customer service persons are nice and polite but the persons who are so post to be handling things past that point leave a lot to be desired. I would not recommend their portable DVD players to anyone. As this is the third one that has broken within a year of purchase (the other two being a family members and one fried who had the same player).

Tube Lights

In my family we all use Philips lightning only. It is one of the best or I say the best in lights and electronics. I would love to buy more products from them.

Blu-ray player

Recently purchase a Philips blu-ray player and I absolutely love it!!! Normally I stick with Sony but the price was a little bit better and I am completely satisfied. It came with netflix and mediaconnect. It was very easy to set up and even my 4 yr old can navigate through it.
