I recently purchased a 40 inch smart TV based on RCA good name as well as product. However, I will never purchase another product with RCA name because of the awful customer service that I received and the company does not make good quality products anymore!

I purchased a rca 111 voyager on 9/29/17 and it worked 1 time, Wen the battery went dead it shouldn't let me log back in. It kept saying wrong password,i hay chances ir 1000 times and it still won't let me get in,that was a gift 4 my 7yr old grandchild and now she has nothing,walmart told me after 15 days they can't do anything and it so now I or none of my family and friends will not buy any Eva products anymore, y'all a scam

My name is Vickie Green. I just want to say how HAPPY I am with my tablet. It is a RCA 10" Tablet that my daughter got for me Christmas 2016. It is the first tablet I have ever had. I wanted to tell you that it fell out of my car window while we were going down the highway at 60mph. When we found it, on the opposite side of the highway, I thought it would Never work. It was all scratched up as I had removed the keyboard and was using it without it. All scratched battered, but the glass wasn't broken, I turned it on and It Worked!! And it is STILL working! That has been 2 months ago! You guys did a GREAT job making this! It is the Only computer I have so I use it ALOT! I just wanted to tell you this and say I Love Your Company and I Love my Tablet. Thank You for the GOOD job you do.I am sharing this with Everyone I am in contact with this because I want them to know just what a GOOD Tablet this is.

Hello,
A representative from Walmart suggested that I contact you in reference to my RCA VIKING PRO tablet not working correctly. I sent a notice a couple of weeks ago with no response and if a call was made, no voice mail was left. I enjoyed the 1st one I purchased but I dropped it and cracked the screen so I brought another one and in between my Ill moments I have been patient with this 2nd one but no longer. I would very much like it replaced with a new one instead of a refurbished one like the way I felt this one was performing. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

I purchased 2 rca tablets model number RCT6773W22B 1 of them lasted 5 months the other lasted 10 days. Both of them did the same thing they froze up at the start screen. And wouldn't load any further. They seem to be junk and I don't think I would ever buy another one. JUNK

Bought a 10.1 RCA Cambio for my daughter for Christmas; she has literally used it 3x and now it will not turn on. Took to a electronic repair place and they want $75 to look at it. Cost 129.00 when I bought it. Very sad; such a great looking tablet with keyboard and I loved RCA products.

I purchase 3 Eva tablets on Black Friday for my children for Christmas. Now only 1 tablet works the other two won't charge I have tried several chargers. how do I fix this problem?

RCA M1 Phone Review.
This is a small size pocket phone. The price was good. It is very easy to use, with reasonable performance and has a good battery life. The disadvantage of this phone is non availability of parts for repair. Mine fell from my pocket and that was the end, I took it to the repair shop and there was no part.

Your tablets are nothing but trash!!! I got a 7 inch tablet ive only had it for 5 months and my screen went blank!!! No refund no costumer service NO MORE RCA PRODUCTS IN MY HOUSE!!!

I am overly pissed with Rca. I bought a tablet in Feb from Wal-Mart and by March 27,2015 It was no longer charging. I rather have my $160 back. Customer service is just as bad. I strongly recommend that no one but this hunk of junk.

i am writing to inform rca i purchased 2 of the dual dvd players in may of 2014 for my greatgrandchild. she was five mos of age when started watching dvds in car. the one i got her mgm quit working about 2mos after purchasing and i called and since i had purchased extended warranty they just sent me check for total and i purchased another one at walmart. this past sunday on way home from raleigh the one i got for her mom's car messed up . reader quit and wouldn't play dvds. i called and was told i had to ship it back to manufacturer and it would be 4wks or more before returned to me. it was purchased in may 2014 also. not sure why have to wait 4wks and plus i have to pay for shipping it back. i went last night and purchased another one which makes #4. its the only one that walmart carrys for cars. so had no choice. she can't understand at 1yr age why her dvd doesn't play anymore. it keeps her occupied while going to sitters or on trip. i feel rca should be more considerate in fact that i have purchased their product 4 times since may 2014. thanks

The. tablet is still under warranty the battery has blown up it popped the back cover off i can't use it at all i have all my stuff on there. i need a replacement until yall fix mine or whatever.

RCA model RLED2431A 24" LED TV manufactured in March 2012 is non functional, hardly 16 months after it is made. The Canadian govt should get involved as they (RCA) are dumping poorly made electronics into our waste streams. Read the complaints, no support after 12 months is a joke. Come on, do something to protect us (govt).

my wife has bought me 2 RCA OPAL mp3 players in the last few years, both have crapped out! they won't turn on, or could not be be read on my computer!! i've tried all the things they tell you to do in the owner's manual, and i've taken very good care of both ( they look brand new!), still they just seem to die. i've called customer service with not much help there at all, i've even downloaded new firmware/software, but can't even upload into the player, it's non responsive, no more RCA products for me, they suck!!!

I purchased the RTB10223 blu-ray home theatre. This product worked fine until the remote control stopped working, after appx. 8 mos. I visit the RCA web site fir support. Portaable DVD player REPAIR, BUT WASN'T!

My son gave me a DSB772we RCA Wi-Fi Streamuing Media Player. So far I have not been able to get it to work on my tv. First the remote will not do anything so I can not even do the set up. Second during the 10 minutes I tried to do the set up the actual unit/box got so hot I could hardly hold it. This can not be a safe product to use. I have looked for this model and the many web sites and have not found anything on it. I am very upset with RCA and will not buy any of their products.

RCA RTD325w Horrible

RCA 42" LCD No Sound
Contacted RCA tech support. Gave me the basic unplug it to reset routine. Have sound for about 5 minutes then nothing. No technicians to speak to. They gave me the number to Sears Home Service. No technicians there either. They will however come out and assess your problem for $89 to $110. They're not sure what it will cost beyond that. I think I'm better off to replace the tv for $388. I don't have a complaint - far from it. I just figured out that our RCA console is pretty close to twenty years old and has never required service of any kind and works like a champ. By the way that frustrates our grandson who thinks we should have one of those big flat ones that hangs on the wall. We told him we will think about that if this one ever quits.

RCA Portable CD Player
I have now gone through 3 portable CD players from RCA. Each lasted only 2-3 months and quit playing. At $25 (or really any amount) I would expect a much longer life. The fm radio plays well but I purchase it for the CD Player not the radio. I had a $12 portable CD player (NOT RCA) that lasted 1 1/2 years. No more RCA products for me - 3 strikes and you are OUT!

I just wanted to inform RCA that I bought a RCA Color Console TV in 1986 and it is still running and looking great. This TV only had two repairs in 25yrs. and has been moved from one house to another 8 times and not always moved with great care. I'm am very happy with this TV that I am still draging my feet to upgrade to a new flat screen TV.
I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with your product.

6-1-2011 3:15 pm I called the 1-800-252-6123 for a few questions, an spoke to an older female that was very rude and refused to transfer me to a manager, I then asked for her name and she would not give her name and then when i insisted on her transferring me, she told me "No I will not" and then hung up on me, I then called back she answered the phone again and when i started speaking she hung up on me again. Here is a suggestion for your operators, if they can not handle the jobs they are paid for and be able to communicate professionally with the public they do not need the public relations position. Also, if this is the type of people RCA employs, then I will never buy an RCA product again. This female was so unprofessional I just can not believe what i encountered yesterday calling RCA....she needs to be reprimanded or fired for the misconduct. I would very much like a response from RCA about this complaint, and hopefully no one else has to encounter having to communicate with her something just isnt right. Obviously, she needs some type of mental therapy. If this is not the right department please advise me of where to send my complaint that will not fall on deaf ears or RCA will be losing a lot more business than just mine.Anonymous-26986.... I bought 2 RCA home theatre systems from Walmart. One in 2009 that stopped functioning after one year and another in 2010 that also stopped working after one year. Both systems simply would not go to function mode after clicking the remote/or depressing the blue standby light.
Of course both sets went bad after each warranty had expired. Attempts to reset the systems (as directed by an RCA tech rep) failed. RCA rep said I could ship back a set for a $40 charge for them to look at. Forget it! I was a dummy for buying the 2nd set after the first set went bad. I'll be darned if I'm going to be a complete ignoramous and spend an extra $40 on this piece of crap!!!! I'll never buy another RCA product!!!!
