YOKAHAMA TIRES SUCK. At 25k miles, two were bald when one took on a ceramic chip and deflated. Thankfully, it hadn't exploded while I was on the road....Yokahama wouldn't honor the tires or replace. I ended up having to buy 4 new tires....I got firestone, hopefully an american tire. Shame on Subaru for using Yokahama tires

Wanted to comment on the location of the fuel fill cap on the Outback. Having it located on the passenger side is totally, misguided engineering.

I have owned a number of Subaru and have always had great result UNTILL now. I purchased a new 2015 Outback with the 2.5 engine. In the past I have changed all my vehicles to synthetic oils. I use 5W20 in them all and have never had a oil use problem. The Outback calls for 0W20 which I have used since I purchased it. The problem is the oil consumption. I think it is subpar to have to add sometimes up to 2 quart of oil between recommended oil changes. If this is the kind of IMPROVED and ACCEPTIBLE changes you are making to your vehicles this WILL be my last Subaru I purchase.

I bought a Subaro Impreza, CAOA Dealer In São Paulo Brazil frame March 2016 in name of my company Alternatur. The seat is not good for trip over 200 km. Cause pain below the coast at the end of the spine. My last car was a Subaro Legacy 2011 and the seat is fantastic.

I have an 07 Subaru outback, I had two blown back lights out I changed them and my oil. after my oil change,I now can not go in reverse. I go in drive and park but when driving the car is hesitant then all of a sudden it goes. What in the world is going on? I have all fluids on full ATF gear oil regular oil and brake fluid etc. I have not had the car but a year and first I had to do calipers all around and rotors because of my car not moving at all and now I have no REVERSE. #Veryupsetwithsubarus

I purchased a 2014 subaru legacy in dec.2014. The car is a piece of crap. Had two dealerships try to find the problem with this car, to no avail. The problem with the car is, when you're driving on a rough road sounds like the car is going to fall apart, literally. Service managers heard the noise and said nothing we can do about it. Should I contact BBB or maybe lemon law?

We owned a 2005 Subaru Forrester that saved our daughter's life. We purchased a new 2015 Forrester at the end of January and are so disappointed. For the many miles around town it's ok but we're making our first long trip for Thanksgiving and the road noise is impssible! In order to hear the radio it has to be just blasting. It is so annoying we are thinking of trading our new car! What happened to the Subaru we loved??

All Subaru customers need to be aware of a major problem with excessive oil consumption. This appears to range all the way from 2011 to 2015. We just bought a 2015 Forester BEFORE we found out there's been a class action lawsuit filed over this issue. Many people are having to add a quart OR MORE of oil every 1000 miles!! Some folks have ended up with NO OIL registering in their engines. Now we are scared to death that this vehicle will not be trustworthy and dependable, esp. since we plan to use it to travel into the backcountry out west. Could actually be life threatening if the car quits out in the middle of nowhere.

I have a 2014 crosstrek. When I bought the car part of the sell was that even wear items where covered for 36000 miles. When I switched snow tires this year I noticed the front pads where pretty worn out. I took it to the dealer and they said for the warranty to work there could only be 1 mm of pad height left. That is crazy you are one hard brake away from breaking those pads up and putting metal onto the rotors which are not covered under warranty. I hope Subrau would get rid of that useless warranty or at least increase the pad height to 2-3 mm. Thank you Bill Groetz

I purchased in cash of 2010 a new Subaru Forester....I have been very displeased with this car ever since....The ride this car provides is not very good....as a matter of fact I compare it with riding my Harley on long rides....The feeling at the end of the trail is the same...The difference is the heater....My tail is not as numb as a similar ride in the Forester....I won't ride in the car for the most part.....The problem being is a simple fact...The low profile 17 inch tires as opposed to the normal sidewall 15 inch tires as they have the same rollout per revolution...Oh yeah the price of 17 inch low profile tires is a 150 dollars at least higher depending on what leading brand you purchase it can be even more...To change this I am out another 5 to 8 hundred dollars for a set of aftermarket wheels to fit 15 inch tires to...The absolute worst injustice Subaru did to all of their models is putting on low profile tires on all of their models because the competition is doing it....Following everyone else is not good sometimes...I will never buy another car with low profile tires on it again....Just because the guy down the street has 24 inch tires and wheels on his car and it looks good means nothing....Driving the public into the tire replacement costs because you want to keep up with the "Jones's" and sacrifice the long range ride for a good look ???? Really ????

Excellent drivability.

I got my driver's license on my family's Subaru. Smooth controls and reliable maneuverability made it an altogether easy experience.
