Finding legos
Whata ggreat store,we shopped all over looking for a specific Lego building set and couldn't find it, ,went to toys r us and not only did they have it and more, we got to price match the other stores price.we will be doing all our toy shopping there for now on, what an amazing selection they have.

My shopping experience at Toys R Us.
I came to toys R Us with my daughter, two nieces, and one nephew. My daughter was excited to see that they had battery operated driving jeeps for children her age priced at $599.00 and a wooden swing set with an upstairs level that was priced at $1,200.00. I purchased these two items at once for my daughter with a plastic pretty swimming pool to use for her sand box. I also purchased a inflatable swimming pool to complete her outside play area in the yard. My niece(s) and nephew then choose what items they wanted, lots of dolls, doll houses, gameboys, games my children and myself were able to enjoy looking at all of the toys and merchandise Toys R Us have in the store. it was a joyful $3,000.00 event for me. Well worth it! Thanks Toys R Us for making our shopping day spectacular!

Over priced, but good selection!
Toys R Us has a huge selection of toys and children's play things. But it is worth it to look elsewhere - their prices are very steep! It's fun to go every now and then and reminisce over toys I had as a kid, but I rarely buy things in store.

Odd pricing makes bargain-hunting fun.
Toys R Us seems to have its own unique pricing scheme for the products they sell. Thus, you get prices that are potentially far greater or far less than those of competitors. Canadians Beware...No refills for Crayola Glow Marker Products
I ordered a Crayola Colour Explosion Glow Board ($24.99) from ToysRus online in Canada. After a short period of use, some of the markers have dried out. Now I find out that ToysRus Canada does not carry refill glow markers for this product. This makes the item I have purchased totally useless for my grandchildren's visits to me. I expected Colour Explosion Glow Board Marker Refills to be available on their site or at least in their stores, but I can't find them anywhere. I don't think that is serving customers very well. I feel Ihave been "ripped off". Why do they carry a product and then not sell refills for it? They are still selling products that use glow markers right now that are the latest addition to the Crayola line. To me this is a very "shady practice"! I contacted Crayola and they said it was the merchant's choice whether they carry a product or not. ToysRus if you sell the product, sell the refill markers too!!I am a VERY DISCOURAGED and UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.

Online will not allow me.to purchase two children's tablets at the same time??? I have two kids who want them. Well, thank you to target who sold BOTH of them without issue.

Lacklustre in today's market.
In an age where internet commerce is flourishing, Toys R Us doesn't hold much appeal to me. They used to do Pokemon promotions, but since those are done by Gamestop now they don't even have that appeal anymore.

Expensive Toys
Toys R Us has the most toys you could think of. They have a huge selection of everything you could imagine. The big drawback though is how expensive they are. They are definitely one of the most expensive toy stores around. Their employees are nice.

i am a toys r us kid
i used to love it when i got to go as a child now i dred taking my own they have a larger selection than department stores but the prices will hit the budget

Never Dull
I have plenty of childhood memories of going to Toys R Us and I can't remember one that wasn't fun. Even when I go now with my friends we still have a blast! I probably spent half of my allowance from childhood here and on some pretty cool stuff. The workers are pretty nice and patient considering they have to deal with crazy kids and teens bouncing off the walls in there. This place is great and I'm sure I'll be taking my future kids here.
