Double charges on cc
I would like to say that my son has been playing with xbox since he was 2 and is now 10. Being a single mother I have a small amount of knowledge about gaming systems and such....he often goes to pay for services on the console and they appear as if not being processed until suddenly there are 2 or 3 identical charges. I have called numerous times and I will say that they always correct the mistake and apologize blaming a lag or some computer glitch for the discrepancy but I just wonder how many people click and keep going never even knowing that they paid 2 or 3 times??Anonymous-164092.... I love my Xbox one. Best console ive owned since the Xbox 360. As a person who games a whole lot, I can say ive owned pretty much every console. I enjoyed them all, my personal favorites being the PS2 and the Game Cube. However, I cant say that I havent enjoyed my Xbox one. Overall the best console ive owned, performance wise. Ive met some awesome people on there and play some awesome games. Never get tired of it. Looking forward to buying a whole lot of upcoming games. For example, Anthem; cant wait. Thanks - Eve �¢ï¿½�¥

Better get a PS
I bought an Xbox One for my sons birthday. It worked fine for the first few months. Then, one day, it just wouldn't load past the start up screen. I called Xbox and sent it for repair. They sent it back in two weeks. I presumed they repaired it when I connected it the screen zapped out again and the machine made a burning smell. Don't ever buy a Season Pass for a television program from Xbox Video. If you are thinking of paying for television a much better choice is from iTunes. The morning after broadcast of the show is always available 3:30EST and you even can get an email reminder.
With Xbox video, 5 days later the episode may or not become available and even if it is, the system might tell you have to pay for the episode.
I've contacted them 4 times about this issue and no resolution.
Just get your paid television from elsewhere if you want it to be pain-free and reliable.

Quite unreliable for its price.

I would like for the corpoarte office to contact me. I spoke with a Monty today and he told me he would not give me his managers name or phone number. I was charged $9.99 for something I did not authorize. I need to be contacted immediately. He also said good luck on fidning that corpoarte office number.

Guess my luck was a little better than others. First time I called the jackass rambled on for 30 mins and I got so frustrated I just hung up. Two weeks later I called back..only took me 20 mins to cancel it out. The gentleman I spoke with this time's name was Dixon. He was a really nice guy, however, I had to be quite rude just to cancel my account. I can say with complete confidence I WILL NEVER sign up on an autorenewal again. They offered me $35 today only for a year..which was a great deal..but I still declined. If it's that easy to give members such a great deal..why have I been paying $10 for over a year? Very unpleased with XBOX in general at this point.

we bought an XBox Kinect thru the Microsoft store on-line for Christmas 2010. once we set the unit up, there was a graphic/video problem. the screen is terrible. I called tech support, spent several hours on the phone trouble shooting the problem with no luck.....sent the unit back. get it back (about a month later), and i still have the same problem. Call again, i get bumped to level 2. on hold for about 30 minutes when the phone line is disconnected. call back, this time they send me a new cable because it must be the cable......two weeks later, i get the cable. no difference. call back, send it back, we'll send you another.....three weeks later, i get the unit back with the same problem. Now I want a refund..... and i can't get one because it past the 30 days.....it is 119 days of which 3 months has been traveling to the repair center......
what a piece of crap
