This is the worst Lap top i have ever owned, The lcd screen is leaking in side and acer told me its my fualt, at this time its only 2 months old. I will just file a small claims case, This means acer will have to spend money to send a lawyer to court to ohio. It will cost them more money the the 199$ are ask me to pay for the repair. I will not ever buy a acer again, or will I have any onw do it. The service is very poor, had to get true help all number are outsorced calls. One bad compy. Mr Armstrong.Ps My dell still is working it what im using right now, Got it in 2006 no problem with it Thank you acer for selling junk one unhappy customer, I hope you comtact me so I can also use this in court. I will be glad to show the court all the bbb complantes in the last 36 month on Acer compy. 316 so far. very un happy people. and then the repair office in texas is expected to fix 10 mother boards a hour per tech. this is from a ex emp. he also posted your a very bad compy to work for. This is just good for me to show the court as i file my suit. To think I spent my hard earn money to be treated like trash. this is wrong.
