Brother DCP-J125
been using this printer for over 3 years now, but got stuck during quarantine so I decided to use it again. But a message constantly appearing on the led monitor says troubleshooting "unable to init. 4f". And the "!" sign keeps on blinking. Tried so many methods to save it, but nothing helps. Tho the scanner still working.

Designed to last? No
The printer lasted about a year before the init.4f message appeared- User manual useless, company provided limited help to fix and suggested that it would be cheaper to replace with a new one. Probably less than 500 pages printed as it I usually print off my 10 year old second hand HP laserjet that cost me $80.Dissappointed.
