TV Clicking on and off

The TV takes a long time to come on, when you first push the power buttom the TV will click on then after about 5 to 10 seconds it will click off and you'll see red lights flashing in the front of the TV. You have to turn the TV on when it clicks you have to unplug it from the power source wait about 10 seconds then plug it back up (repeating this about 3 to 4 times). When the TV does come on you will hear the sound but will have a black pirture for about 10 to 15 seconds. Once the TV is on it good to go.
