LASTED 10 WEEKS
I bought a Nokia Lumia 520 on 31 Dec 2013. When I got home to set it up, all I had was a blue screen. The shop that I bought it from managed to clear the problem over the phone with the customer service dept. 10 weeks later, blue screen again. Whilst trying to take the back off, to check the SIM and battery, the screen cracked. I have now been advised that a cracked screen is not covered under Nokia warranty - had I not had a blue screen, I would not have attempted to remove the screen. No compassion from Nokia, that's the policy - warranty invalid if screen cracked!! Extremely unhappy and will NOT purchase any future NOKIA product

Lumia 520
Great phone by Nokia packed with rich features. The tiles by windows make the looks awesome.The camera works fine even in a dull lighting.The smooth transitions make the phone more usable.The navigation and maps are really helpful during journeys.The phone also helps to mange our social accounts.The absence of a front camera and a flash is a drawback.
The price is reasonable for the features of the phone.
