Portable

It is a very compatible android phone and in range processor is good and display is sharp

Great, Reliable Phone!

I had a battery issue after prolonged use, which was easily solved by ordering a new 2x power battery (new) on Amazon for $7. Recently, the USB charging port stopped working. After 2+ years of HEAVY use. Fixed/ discovered battery charging hack: by passing USB port, going directly to charging terminals inside unit. Now charges battery in about 5 minutes, safely! Can't believe no one has discovered how to do this. I will post quick charge instructions if anyone is interested.

Samsung SCH-R720

WOW! For the price I love the Samsung SCH-R720. Its been very durable and fast compared to other phones Ive had in its class. The size is perfect for my pocket without getting in the way as well as a very clean and easy to use interface! I give it a 100!and Ive never had any issues but the only time I called customer service they were exceptional!

Low performance

The only thing good about this phone is that its reliable well with phone calls and messaging. After having just recieving this phone it seems amazing then once you have it over a 6 month period Thats where the problems start probably earlier. Mind I hace this phone at MetroPCS. The web starts to force close forcing you to go to applications and clear data basically every long period of time on the web thus deleting any bookmarks you had. The messaging is glitchy, say you want compose a message at times I would try and type in the key letter of someones name and it would put the first letter then skip two another recipient. Alot of times the phone is responsive and you cant open the lock screen. Alota times when this happens the phone likes to restart. There isnt much you can get out of apps because number 1: The phone has extremley low internal memory which allows you to download only like 3 to 5 apps and 2 out those apps being facebook and instagram kills your memory. This phone also loves to freeze and is not that good at multitasking playing music while in other apps does ok but thats as much multitasking your gonna get. Video apps work well but you need to be connected to wifi. Which leads me to another topic. Another flaw with this phone is after a while of downloading media files youll think well this phone is good for something then next thing you know everything you download will diwnload as untiteled and in the end lead to a unseccsesful download. Oh and runs through chargers. After a while a charger will start to not work as well and charge the phone as fast as your used to plus even so youll have to start leaving it in a satble position while its charging. Also you can not take snapshots because there is no root for it in the phone.
