BDX2500 Bluray

The Toshiba bluray BDX2500 has never been able to update the fireware, from Toshiba's site I guess it does not have one. Player will not play any new bluray discs. The manual on this site for this model was just a brochure, not sure if that is suppose to be the BDX2500KU manual.
