I stayed at the Best Western in Atlantic City, it was one of the worst place I have ever stayed. The bed was awful and it wasn't what my reservation called for, I reserved a queen sized bed and got 2 double beds, the rugs were sticky.

Please upgrade the Best Western Seaport Inn in NYC ! The hotel is now rundown, with shabby rooms and bathrooms. It is in desperate need of an interior UPGRADE! Seaport is a growing hip area with new stores and restaurants in lower Manhattan. We love the workers at the hotel, love the location, and love the prices. We cut our stay short the last time we were in NYC, and have stayed at this hotel for years.......please upgrade this hotel !!

Stayed at the lees burg hotel on 10/19 and 30. Hotel was clean bu old. The place is showing its age. Needs new furniture especially the small poor picture tv . Hall way along with the rooms need new wallpaper old. AV not up to snuff .

I think the Best Western Rewards program is a fraud!!!! My parents have stayed there last year (2014) numerous times and have accrued over 6,000 reward points, and as of yet not received " a free nights stay". Has anyone else noticed this problem? I am going to check with Better Business and see what can be done.

In Gonzales LA the best western a 3 day stay, a day and a half without internet service, would not re locate me to another room for service, even after I called the WI FI support team, carpets were not clean, very sub standard, wake up call I got an hour early.

Wouldn't recommend to someone looking for a 5 star hotel/motel
We booked 2 nights at a Best Western in Nevada for our vacation last year. And, I have to say the room's appearance was not very attractive. The drapes had tears and the bedding did not look crisp and fresh like you would expect a hotel to have.I guess the saying "You get what you pay for" is true. Next time we will research better before booking a room somewhere else.

Cleanliness could use more work.
The room we got on our last Best Western excursion was quite terrible. The room had an odor of stale milk all over it, for some reason. Next time, I'll be sure to look elsewhere.

Recently my wife and I returned to Best Western Frensham Ponds and I must compliment the staff on the service and the cleanliness of the room and main hotel
Unfortunately 2 things let you down and took the shine off of a nice few days away and has encouraged us to look elsewhere in the future
Firstly we always use spa type hotels as we enjoy our relaxing breaks - on going to the well advertised leisure area we found that both changing rooms stank and I mean stank they were dirty dishevelled and the smell emanating from both rooms was off putting to say the least. Then we found that the jacuzzi was broken and appeared to have been for sometime.
Secondly the price of food in your hotel was outrageous come on £11.95 for a steak pie and chips in your bar menu it may have been nice but at that price it should be served on a dish of gold

We have travelled many years and everywhere. This Christmas we have decided to visit New-Orleans. We made the reservation at the Best Western Plus in the French Quarter on North Rampart blvd.
After a 2 week stay, I have decided to give you our comments as described below.
First, this is not an hotel but rather a motel which goes without saying includes noises due to the balcony. We could also hear everything said by the people in the next room. There is not one night we could sleep without being awaked by all the noises.
Secondly, the room was dirty and dusty. The carpet was so dirty that just by walking from the bed to the bathroom my stockings were dirty. I had to clean up the tables and bureau with Lysol.
The worst was the air conditioning. Everytime we started it there was that awful smell of mould so we opened the front panel and we could not believe the dirt and flies that were there. We called the front desk and they sent a person to clean the front panel but the rest was not vacuumed. I am sure that it has not been cleaned up for a long time. For all the rest of our stay the air conditioning was close. A thorough cleaning of the place is highly recommended.
It was also the first time we had to pay for the parking at an hotel. One night we even had to park where no one could get out because there was too many cars in the parking.
We do not usually stay at the Best Western but since it was a Best Western Plus and a 3 stars we decided to reserve there but it is surely the last time or if we do not have the choice of staying at the Best Western it will be only for one night but never for 2 weeks. We would give a 2 stars and not a 3 stars.
The reservation was made in the name of Mario Desilets and the room number was 324.

I love the best western hotels
I love the best western hotels in my area but the customers service lines for reservations really need to tighten up.

We had a meal at the restaurant in Norcia called Ana's which is the Best Western Complex. It was extremely disappointing as all the pasta dishes were tasteless and almost seemed to have come from a Microwave! Can't. Call yourself a Relais and serve poor quality food

phone reservation
I called 1-800 number to make changes of my reservation in Slovenia. My original reservation rate was 114 euro. I just needed to cancel one of the night and keep 1 night reservation only. But the guy gave me the rate for hot deal which was 123 euro and he didn't even tell me that I can not make cancellations. I called back 3 days later because I saw better rate 93 euro per nite on the Best Western web site. Now they say that I can not change to a better rate. They supposed to tell the customer about the cancellation policy. Because they didn't tell me that, I didn't even know I can not cancel or change my reservation. That is wrong.

4th of July Weekend nightmare
The stay was terrible,My family and I was assigned to the 4th floor which had no air, the window was open causing flies, and other bugs to enter. Our room smelled like a chain smoking convention had been held in it.The room was not cleaned, there was still uring on the toilet seat,We had no housekeeping for the whole time we were there, soiled dipers in the trash which was running over.There was no manager on call to recieve my complaints,The hotel ran out of food for the guest,the pool floor was pelling,the gym didn't have any working equipment. after I got back home I got a call from the hotel owner with a lot of I'm sorries. all of those he could keep. Average service, nice rooms
They were very nice to us here, and the room was nice and clean. It seemed overpriced for the services and the room but other than that it was great. The pool was clean.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Ants. "Non-smoking" room. We moved ourselves. They tried to check me out without signing anything. Told me they would send me my bill. I do not think so.
Stay away from Best Western on 43rd Street in Kansas City, Missouri.

Variable, but economic
Best Westerns are variable in quality. Sometime you get a very nice one, sometimes a despicable one, or a range in between. It is best to find out about the surrounding area, if you can. This may tell you whether it is a lemon or not. Regarless, BWs are often one of the lower prices hotels.
