This company doesn't function in the interest of it's customers.
I don't even know what to say. This is the most pathetic disturbing and assinine interaction I've ever been involved with. I have been on hold now for half a day. Just unreal.oh hold..38mins...26 mins...18 mins...30 mins. It took a day & 1/2 to track down the person who called me from billing of all places. Can you believe it. The jerk left an ambiguous message non descript no reason for the call or what dept. How does this person get this job? While on hold, it constantly sounds like someone is answering and then places you back on hold. This company is pathetic. I just can't understand how we can deal with them. I'm putting down 1 star because I have to. I'd put zero if I could.

Well I guess 42 complaints won't make any difference but, I was denied a ambulance ride to hospital , BC won't pay my reimbursement $720.
I canceled my policy, what good is the insurance if they don't pay legitimate bills.
Useless, borderline criminals.
