Not bad TV service
I have had experience using this service while on vacation in Florida. They have a good variety of channels, the service doesn't go out (even in bad storms!) and it is easy to use. No complaints here!

Statement creep. I went from $88 up to $106 in 2 months. After being on the phone with them for 1 hour and 2 minutes: zero satisfaction. If I had any chance to change to dish I would, I'm in a condo that is "locked in" to cable.

My big problem is the dinosaur of a remote control. it should be developed like a mouse so you can move faster. it feels like i'm living in the 50's and using a dial telephone, with a party line

I like them but not to fund of the outages
When I use brighthouse while living in orlando,fl My services were always out and It sad because I was really looking forward to them being superior.

Clueless
After having a day of on-again off-again internet; our service went down completely. I called tech support, and was eventually escalated to tier two. The rep I got went through all the same steps as the previous rep, which I had already done myself before calling at all. He then proceeded to tell me I didn't have the modem plugged in. He went on to tell me there was no way for the internet to be working and that I must be using the neighbors internet. I was using OUR internet, with OUR username AND password! The service came back up later that night with no help from them! Seriously?

they broke our tv just before xmas , and every time you ring them they say can i ring you back but they never do , do you declan from Customer Services
