Crazy Night !!!

Holiday Inn-Pineville, LA.
Last night I arrived to my Holiday inn to find a local school having a Homecoming party. The Hotel was inundated with kids. I found out that the hotel was completely booked out and my room had not been serviced from the previous night's stay. Upon contacting the clerk (Ms.Haley) she was frazzled due to the kids running amuck , she emphatically apologized for the noise, came to clean and straighten my room for me. All was good. The kids were gone in less than an hour due their party ending.

The next morning, I contacted the relief clerk for a rate adjustment ,as I was there for government business and was helped by Ms. Barbie who also apologized again as she heard of the previous nights issues with the kids.

Both clerks were kind and considerate of the customers . This is the kind of staff Holiday inn employs and it's a PLUS. I thoroughly enjoyed my interactions with the staff . They have the attitudes of the best hotel brand out there !!!

Hello I was at your Holiday Inn Express in Vernor Texas on March 16 2018 when I arrived there your hotel was under construction and I was unable to get out of my contract I was told that I was going to be charged if I stay or go Expedia said they would have to honor whatever Holiday Inn said which I don't think was right since they were under construction and nothing really wasn't working I ask could I just pay half Holiday Inn Express said it was up to Expedia and Expedia said it was up to Holiday Inn they kept going back and forth so now I am an unsatisfied customer

I was booking a room in Sault Canada online, the website appeared to be a holiday inn website, I inadvertently booked in Sault Michigan and called to cancel same day. They still charged me on my visa. I stayed at a holiday inn in Sault Canada and they told me it happens every day. The website turned out to be priceline hotels (scammers) when I called them today they advised it was some other company they sold it too. I feel Holiday Inn should not deal with third party scammers as it reflects poorly on the Holiday Inn. I can assure you I will never stat at Holiday Inn again. Holiday Inn allows these companies to advertise like they are official sites. The best hotel chains dont deal with the priceline scams.

Re: HI Express in Eldorado Hills,CA. They have remodeled & it's HORRIBLE. I have been here many times before & this will be my last. Gone are the beautiful cozy rooms, replaced with cheap IKEA like furniture and not even a chair in the room to sit on; much noisier too with the tile entry & thin cheap carpet. Lobby design is just as bad & the color scheme is terrible. Extremely disappointed & will not be back.

I am very disappointed with Holiday Inn ,the owner.I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Selma, Alabama and had the worst experience and wouldn't advise anyone to stay at that place. We had to movea three different times because of bed bugs. Ruined my trip the other hotels were booked. I took a picture of the bed bugs from rooms 309 and 33rd and we were told would get a price adjustments but we deserve that as a comp room for the days we stayed I am going to post to all my social media sites let people know about holiday Inn and bed bugs going post my pictures as proof just upset didn't and couldn't enjoy my wweeknd. NASTY

The air for the holiday inn is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. This is the one that's in Des Moines by the airport. The service is unbelievable. Decour is wonderful.I will be sitting coming back here again.

Stayed at the holiday inn in three rivers mi paid156.00 for a whirlpool room ,the tub had brown craps coming out of the jets and one of the jets came out, and the fridge did not work ,was not happy,

Just ret'd from a 4 night stay at the Holiday Inn in Portsmouth, NH and had a wonderful stay - we were given a third floor king room which was very nice, clean room & the pillows were fabulous, the bthrm was a bit small, but works if your petite or lean in size..we believe this Hotel would be ultimate if they offered free continental breakfast.

I have stayed at Holiday Inn hotels around the World and am very surprised to see the lack of shelves and pegs especially in your bathrooms. I have travelled in England in the last 14 days and I need these things very much, Otherwise I like the standard and comfort of your hotels and your personel are very kind and helpful.

First thing the key for the room did not work twice and I was assigned the 8th floor. Then we were reassigned to a suite and we found roaches in the bathroom we took pictures with our phone. The next day we had spiders in the room. I got bites

My sister and I went to the Holiday Inn express in Blowing Rock Nc last week end. The room they put us in was disgusting!! The window (the only one to look out of was filled with dirt so that you could not see anything out of it. We complained about it and they said there was nothing thye could do. My sister is into taking baths and the stopper in the bathtub did not hold any water. Wont recommend this hotel to anyone..
It was a total imbarresment for my siter to come from Minnesota to North Carolina to stay in this hotel

Hollywood Florida worst hotel ever. Food not fit for a dog and and after complaints got a lousy ten dollar credit. Staff other than cleaning is obnoxious and totally unfit for the hospitality business. Will never stay in s holiday inn again. Shame on thrm7.

My daugher and I recently stayed at a Holiday inn Express on York Road in Hunt Valley, Maryland. When I ooked the room I was told it would have a mini frig which it did not. I paid cash when I checked out on Sunday and the hotel put in my card information the following day so the bank took the pminey from my account. I actually went back to the hotel. I called my bank from their lobby and was told that the desk clerk could fax a letter to the bank and the money could be refunded immediately to y account. The manager, I thinbk, wrote a letter and faxed it and the bank representative told me that he shorted me $10 and the letter would have to be resent. An HOUR later I was able to leave the hotel after the letter with the correct amont was sent. I mentioned to the desk clerk, who was the same woman who checked us in and out, that allthis could have been avoided if she told me she was putting my card in for payment even though I was paying cash. She reponded taht I should have read the materials I signed when I checked in. That's it for us and Hholiday Inn. The hotel was also very stuffy, full or stale air w;hich was also mentioned by other people staying at the place.

We stayed in a very nice Holiday Hotel in Batesville Ms.There rate is to high for the area & with no free breakfast. The rest of are two week vacation we did not pick Holiday Inn Hotels.Almost all nice hotels have free breakfast anymore.Holiday Inn is off my list.

Very surprised!

I think the location makes all the difference in the quality of Holiday Inn hotels. I stayed at one of these hotels in August of 2012 and I was more than surprised. The hotel was gorgeous! The food was fabulous and everyone that worked there was very kind. The room was well kept-up and I couldn't find a speck of dirt or dust anywhere. I will definitely consider staying at another one after the experience I had during my last stay.

Holiday Inn has the Worst customer service ever

Holiday Inn express Amarillo West charged me $145 for a room which I didn't use. My wife called from the road late at night to check on room availability. Unfortunately she gave her Credit Card number to reserved the room and forgot to tell the representative that we had a dog. Big mistake, An hour later I went to check in and found that the dog was not allowed. I tried to cancel and was told the cancellation charge was the full room rate. The person at the desk was extremely rude and obnoxious and at that point I told him I would dispute it with my credit card company. He later told me we could have the dog in our room for $50 which would have made the room $195 for 6hours since it was 1:00AM and we would be leaving at 7:00AM I was so upset at that point I just left and found another room at a Best Western. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again as long as I live.

We had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Austin, Texas during the Formula 1 Race at the Circuit of the Americas. My issue is the price gouging that took our room from its normal rate of $108/night and made it $399.99/night for three nights of the race and also made in $339.99 for the 4 days prior to the race weekend. This is excessive! We have previously stayed at Indianapolis during a Formula 1 race and the hotels did NOT increase their rates. PRICE GOUGING adds an unfair burden on people who have travelled any distance and bought very expensive tickets to attend the race. Austin was a great host city - shame on you Holiday Inn for making a black mark against the weekend.

We stayed at your West Middlesex PA. Holiday Inn Express, With no problems when we came back to stay we were told we could not stay because we had a were hauling a trailer and that they did not allow trailers in the parking lot. But when we called to book room they never said that trailers were not allowed. so we had to find a new place to stay. we had been working for 5 days straight and wanted to get a shower and some good rest! This is the first time i was turned away for having a trailer (pickup & trailer). So i guess in the future I will make sure to find out if you will allow me to stay!

Stayed at the Holiday Inn in Cumberland MD. My room was across from a barking dog. Front desk said they were trying to locate the dog's owner. We were awake all night because this dog barked all night. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was really bad. Ordered fresh fruit salad. Received cantaloupe and honey-dew, which was very wet, like someone washed it. Peeped in room for a business breakfast and they had a wonderful fruit salad with berries and grapes.

Unethical behavior

I was thrown out of the hotel in front of guests and employees by the manager name Robert, he commented that I had lied about my stay in March of 2012, I had voiced concerns about mold and dust in my room to 4 hotel employees. In june 25, 2012 when I was checking in he had walked up and thrown me out. He has commented he had offered accomadation and I refused. Guest services are also not a help, I have a right to sleep in a clean room. I was not relocated to a different hotel by his comment I was thrown out like an animal, in a strange town. I suffer from a disease that mold and dust can put in such distress that I can stop breathing, they are telling me case is closed, and they had not even spoken to me. I have witnesses with numbers, names, I have a recorded cell phone tape of the incident. Holiday inn has no regards about guest safety, when people call to voice concern they retaliate. Do not stay there. I am going to escalate this matter. The recording will be going to the media, and I have every intention to make sure this does not hapen to another guest. The corporate office hides behind the statement is privately owned. Well if it says Holiday inn to me they are allowing this to go on. I have Asthma. Acute. Holiday inn has a responsibility to public and negligence is not an option. How they allow this manager act the way he did. I was sick the whole night.

Bad Axe

We stayed at the Holiday Inn here for a wedding and oh it was beautifully located in the happening part of the town around all restaurants and shopping. They had a nice pool and hot tub. The staff were very nice to us everyday and helped us get to our destinations with their easy directions. They had a great breakfast bar I have no complaints and would stay here again anytime. Thank you for the great pleasure and fun we had.

I recently stayed in the Holiday Inn in Tulsa Oklahoma 10020 E & 81st. THE worst hotel I have ever stayed in!! The employee's had a very bad attitude, very rude, snotty, just hateful. I was there for medical reasons, the first night there my room FLOODED, yes flooded! I had to change rooms. Then I had put my two toe rings and all my ear rings in a medical rubber glove in front of my TV, well next time I went for them they were GONE! I went to the desk and complained with no sucess. Then going through my clothes I noticed I was short a pair of Aeropostale jeans, a pair of shorts and my Aeropostale jacket. Once again I was upset and fussing and I was informed that in order for me to take it up with management or for them to ACKNOWLEDGE my lose I "HAD TO HAVE RECEIPTS" from the week that I was there. Tell me how many people buy brand NEW clothes just to stay at a crappy hotel?? Even though my items were new I had purchased them on my last trip there in January, but that was NOT GOOD ENOUGH, I got the shake of the head basically a finger in my face and told to get back with "CURRENT" receipts once again when asked what that was meant to be, it was SUPPOSEDLY the items had to be purchased on that WEEK that I was there. NOT one time did the manager ever ask to speak with me about my complaints, not have I heard from anyone to this day. I asked for a form to fill out for missing items "they couldn't find one" how convient I was there for 5 days and every day I asked for one and "never was there one to be found" DOES ANYONE know where I can find the phone number to CORPORATE OFFICE?? Trust me do not waste your money on the one in Tulsa and if you do, TAKE all your belongs to the car with you daily, I was very upset with how things were handled / NOT handled. I was blown off like I was nothing. I just can't imagine a hotel being run like that. If the manager would of even offered to talk to me about it at least I would of felt like there was SOME concern, but NEVER did he! VERY POOR SERVICE / NO CUSTOMER SKILLS at all! I would not recommend this HOTEL to my worst enemy. THEN to top all that off I looked at my invoice for my bill, the had ME BILLED for 2 extra days and I had to argue with them to get it straight. I signed the sign in paper work but the EXTRA days were hand written on the paper AFTER I had signed. If it were not for the hospital taking care of that part and sending the correct paper work as to WHEN I actually checked in they would of made two extra days of PAY OFF ME!! Sorry sorry HOTEL!!
