How hard is it to send out the right size. I asked for 9in bracelet and I got 7in....not once but twice..!! They take care of the issues but I got to deal wasted time ,waitin'for it to be delivered, sendin' it back..... I'm done.!!

poor customer service
no help in returning air purifer to Ionic. Dealing with this for 4 months. Will never buy from them again. Either company.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Ordered luggage prior to an overseas vacation. Was told by the gentleman taking my order that if the pieces didn't come in prior to our vacation, the cost of shipping it back would be covered by Overstock. The luggage did not arrive in time. After calling this morning, I found out that the young man mis-stated the policy to me. What was meant that if the luggage didn't come in the guaranteed shipping window, the cost for returning would be covered. Jeff, the customer service representative, covered my return anyway because it was stated to me in an incorrect way! A+++. SO IMPRESSED! I will continue shopping with Overstock!!!

I recently purchased a refurbished Dell laptop and had it shipped to NC. The laptop arrived in four days. Arrived double boxed with the unit in the original box with all documents. Laptop looks as new. No marks of any kind. Not even finger prints.
