past experience

the whole six years i was with peoples was the worst experience i have had using a computer. it never worked right and their advice didn't help. I could never use my computer until I changed servers. now i have no problem. this shouldn't have happened.

poor service

What can I say . I have tried for months to get service cancelles and the payment stoped but no luck .The old phone # are no good etc. Finnaly today I got a real person who gave me a confirmation # but would not send me a e mail confermation for two weeks and said that they dont refund for their service.
