Bad staff and management

As a customer with back problems I found myself having a seat in your furniture section waiting on my wife and daughter from the fitting room. I was approached twice by two women in return told me I couldn't sit there not bothering to ask was I going to purchase the chair Which I was looking into or could they help or accommodate me in any way. Poor management and training.
