UPS is not perfect they handle Millions of package and do an excellent job, but an occasional glitch occurs NOT BODY IS PERFECT all other carriers have the same problem OVERALL they are a great company

Worst customer service ever.

Ordered a Christmas present Dec 15 with a guaranteed delivery of 22 Dec. Called the warehouse and was yelled at and belittled by the supervisor when I asked why my package was not delivered yet. He refused to provide me with b his supervisors name saying it was none of my business. Tried getting in touch with corporate but they could care less.

Extremely poor service. VERY disappointed !!!

Never use this company. They make the least effort possible to deliver a package and than they are rude about it. NEVER use this company unless you really don't care if the package gets through. I would have given them zero stars if that had been possible. WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE ME.

Poor Service Delivery and Customer Services

Antoine 7486 supervisor has no knowledge of UPS and has poor customer service. I'm extremely upset that I payed my money for next day delivery and now they are telling me my package was "misshipped". I would like my money back & will never EVER count on UPS to ship anything for me. First and last time ill spend my money with UPS. It makes no sense how I order next day delivery for 10:30 am but now they are telling me I have to way a couple more days for it. So why put next day delivery ? Is this false advertisement? I think so. Time to sue!

UPS

UPS always quickly and efficiently delivers packages and always has courteous employees. When I worked retail, we had UPS deliver our daily shipments. When you see someone like that as often as I did, you really build up a relationship with them! Our guy remembered all of our names and always took the boxes to the back and made sure they were stacked with the sticker facing out, making it easy for us to scan them into the system. UPS is a great company with great employees!

UPS almost never delivers on time- there is always some excuse or another. This time, it's that the truck was never unloaded. If that's the level of effort they require from their employees, I need to get a job there- then I can take it easy! USPS and Fedex have a 100% track record in my experience, for less than half of what UPS charges for shipping.

I was the recipient of an extremely damaged item but because the shipper used a corporate account, I am out the money. This system is totally flawed!!!!! I will never use UPS again.

Poor Service

I have repeatedly requested packages be left at the front door and if inclimate weather and not home please leave in back of house under deck so package has protection. Apparently that statement is translated to always leave packages under deck in back of house and no reason to ring doorbell even when front door is open and people are clearly home! The latest thing with UPS is we purchased an ATV a few months back and now the UPS driver feels that it is ok to leave the packages on top of the ATV! My son spoke with the driver today who advised he is not the regular driver and my son said fine but please do not put packages on top of my ATV and the driver smirked at my son and said "fine, maybe we will make you sign for all packages going forward" and then left. I called the 800 # to report this and they were very surprised by the behavior and stated they would have the local UPS office call me within an hour. I can say I received a call within minutes but when I explained the situation the girl stated that there is not enough room to put back of house if inclimate weather so all they are seeing is back of house! Also she stated it is at the discretion of the driver if a signature is required or not if the safety of the package could be compromised. I did advise that the package would not be compromised and the driver was threatening us but she did not feel that was the case. I asked if the driver would be spoken to she said she will speak to the driver's supervisor!

Thule car rack lost by UPS

After not receiving my Thule product I checked the tracking # to find out it had been "lost" between Parsippany and Lawnside NJ. I was not notified nor was Thule. When I called UPS I was told they could not tell me anything but that I needed to have Thule call them. Interesting way to handle a package that was clearly damaged then lost under their care.

Delivery not as planned

I had a package that would allow me to fix my car. I needed a part, the company assured me that they would send no signature required so that the package could be left while I was at work. Well much to my surprise, UPS allows their drivers "discretion" so he left a tag on the door marked signature required, as they do not have a box that states "driver is a di ck, and decided not to leave it"

lost ups

Waited ALL DAY for pkg - no show! Rearranged my apptmts for the day to wait for delivery. STUPID DRIVER was BLIND and he couldn't READ the name clearly printed on label above doorbell! He didn't have the COMMON sense to ring the door bell by default - only two doorbells on house! What type of incompentent imbeciles are they hiring these days? Give me the job and I'll show you how to deliver pkgs! Tmrw have to wait for local supervisor to call me, I don't want to talk - deliver the pkg I've paid for!

Adverse Weather conditions warning magically appears

I leave tomorrow for my vacation. Sleeping bag promised to be here today. I've check often the status, was put on truck at 1:02pm. 7:30pm a new status appears in the MIDDLE of the list saying 7/31 - Adverse weather conditions and now it's set for delivery by the end of work day tomorrow. I have to postpone my trip until they show up. Very unhappy and the woman in some foreign country was of no help.

UPS is a good, relaible way to ship. It tends to be more expensive than USPS, but more something important it may be worth it.

i have been waiting on my package and have not got it at but they email me a tracking number telling me they left my package at the front desk in hyattsville maryland first of all i dont live in hyattsville md i am in upper marlboro md i am a tattoo artist i need my inks and other things to work

Do not count on the UPS Store to actually be UPS. The Store in Airway Heights, WA is such a store and their professionalism leaves a whole bunch to be desired. If you want your stuff improperly packaged by them and shipped on UPS expect the contents to be a shamble on arrival. Also expect that UPS and the UPS Store will not stand behind their work.
