Cadillac STS 2005

I Love my Car, High Quality, Built Well, Only Problem being the Overly Complicated Engine LockOut System. After Replace with New Battery. Car is Disabled and Engine goes into Lockout Mode. Rendering Car Useless, I spent 3 Hours Reading Owners Manual on ways to Fix, with no Luck.
