PROBLEMS WITH HANDBRAKE

I have an Orlando for about 1 year,but when i got it it was fine to drive but when i reversed it in my drive way which has a small decline the HANDBRAKE DID NOT HOLD WHEN IT COOLED DOWN.The handbrake was still on when it rolled back into side of building RAC took it away when i got it back the they said NO FAULT FOUND.Until it happened again the same thing HANDBRAKE ON AND ROLLED INTO BUILDING.Away it went again the answer i got this time was that when it cools down the brake pads contract and thats why the HANDBRAKE GIVES WAY.SO IF YOUR OUT AND ABOUT IN YOUR CAR WAIT TILL ITS STATIC AND COOL FOR ABOUT 1HR BEFORE REVERSING IT IN YOUR DRIVE ESPECIALLY IF YOUR DRIVE HAS A DECLINE.NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL
