Chrysler Town & Country Electrical Problems.

I have a 97 T&C the R/H electrical is all but dead, the aft window will open sometimes half way. Passenger window won't move anymore. The radio is messed up as far as pushing buttons, they do what they want. Headlights are very dim, tried cleaning one and nothing changed. Can use High beams and no one cares, can't hardly see at night. Please help
