1990 Taurus

I purchased my 1990 Ford Taurus at a local auto auction for $425.00. The body and interior were in very good condition, except for a cracked windshield. The odometer read 123,123 miles, which I later found to actually be 223,123. Inside the glove box was the original window sticker and 22 years of maintenance and repair receipts! The only part that needed repair was the air conditioner, which all components were replaced and converted to the new stem, a cost of $475.00. I added a GPS system and /CD player, otherwise it's still basically all original. With the gas at $3.30 a gallon here in Vegas the 20 MPG fuel use is a big plus too, and can still cruise comfortably at 75-80 MPH on the freeway.
