MKX Headliner Problem

Our MKX is great but the headliner is "sagging" down. The dealership is acting as if they are surprised. They tried to fix it once already and it lasted for one day.
I googled the problem and found many complaints of the same problem on MKX's and Edge's with the Vista roof.
My question is: Why hasn't Ford solved this problem yet?
