Electrical Issues

In 2011 we had to replace the wire harness between the frame and door. Nothing on the door worked. This issue has been taken care of only to have heat problems that started last week. The blower and heat controls do not work. The blower worked when I hooked up a direct power sorce but I still can't adjust the heat power, temp or direction of heat between inside heat and defrosters.
