First impresions
Signed up for a free account which was a relatively easy process.. Proceeded to the download link which provided me with this "We apologize, but we cannot currently deliver this PDF manual. " No other suggestions were provided such as file may be available at a later time or the reason why its not available...Other then that well the basic purpose of the site was unsuccessful..
