AMANA NTW4610YQ

I purchased this washer a couple of days ago and I am not happy with it. To begin with it has a door lock that I was told only locked when it was spinning, not true. It locks from the moment you push in the button to start the washer filling with water. The button has to be pushed to add addl clothes - I'll bet it's the first thing that will need replacing. You can't see inside the machine once it starts washing to see if there is too much soap or not enough. When the machine started washing I used a powerful flashlight and rested it on the door crack to illuminate the washing action so I could see. The door cracks open about an inch and it is like it's set on delicate when it wasn't. I put a purple top on the top of the load and it took 3-4 minutes for the top to get completely under the water to wash. I want movement of my clothes in the wash water.
