replacement wash machine ????

I have bought a new wash machine because of Bosch brand. More than a month we don't have wash machine. the factory authorized service company A&E came two times and could not fix it. The first appointment waited 15 days the second was 10 days later and couldn't fix it. Lowe's where I purchased not responding they sad it is factory's problem. I have a company of property maintenance and management, will tell all our costumers not to buy Bosh products because of the bad service.
