Broke after 6 uses. No Bose repair service
I bought the Quiet Comfort 15 in November 2012 but have only used them on three roundtrip flights. On the way home from the last trip, the battery case wouldn't close and therefore the noise canceling function didn't turn on. I called Bose and they offered to 'replace' the set with a new one, at half cost. This would sound like a pretty good deal if they were old. I asked about repairs and learned that they don't do that. So, basically, it's throwing away a $300, barely used headset.
