Brother Duetta 4500 is a piece of crap!

My brother Duetta has been nothing but trouble, malfunctions every few thousand stitches or every few months. Dont use it much due to tension issues every time i try. bobbin case with needle hole punching thru it occasionally during sewing.i could go on and on and on and on! Chattanooga sewing machine was no help and Brother wow lmbo they are a joke trying to get help. I am on their do not answer list i think. Never buy a brother unless you want trouble!
