My son has a Coby 7127 tablet and has set the pattern lock and can not remember the pattern, therefore he is locked out. I called tech support to see if there is a way to do a factory reset. And, get this....there is no factory reset on this unit. So, basically, the guy told me I would have to buy a new tablet because the one I own now is useless. Coby sucks. Don't buy a Coby product.
