Cuisinart Brick Oven BRK200
Great countertop convection oven workhorse!Only issue is that the printing on the dials wears off from years of use. Why they stopped making it I don't know but is likely due to the additional cost of the side/bottom stones and weight compared to comparable units without them.
I gave the quality 4 stars because the printing came off the dials over time and gave 3 stars to customer service because you cannot order replacement knobs or even get a picture of the knobs so you know what the settings are once they've worn off.
