Poor customer service and defected laptop
3-4 week after purchasing laptop I realized the microphone and sound system was dysfunctional. Notified Dell technical support several times. Had to muted the sound system to stop continous loud scratching noise. 3 later technical support changed the drivers and a week later the motherboard was also changed. After changing the motherboard the laptop does not communicate with the Dell 968w printer which was used prior to the motherboard change. For a week Dell technical support Ann I troubleshoot everyday for 3-5 hours. I requested a refund or an exchange or credit, which Dell has denied. The technical support continue to insist that I troubleshoot the problem-continue to do the same thing and expect different outcomes. So I purchased another laptop. I have been a loyal customer of Dell for 15 years which means absolutely nothing to the organization

the dell always gives the best deal according to the price and this one is also good and availabe in 2 models according to processor the processor are intel 2nd gen processors with ultimate techonology.the customer care service is also good.

Nice deal thanks to Dell
I am very pleased with my new Dell laptop. I especially like the widescreen format. The only thing I would change is to have the power cord plug in on the right side instead of the left. I was unable to install my printer because of an incompatibility issue so I had to purchase a new one.Well I have always been a Dell customer and I like this model very much, especially the wide screen format it has. The only thing I would like to change in this is to have the power plug socket on the right hand side instead of the left hand side as it makes using it much more easier. I had some issues with my printer getting installed on it but the customer services got it resolved.
