Continual Problems

I purchased this fridge at Lowes in 2009, had to have it returned and a new one installed as the ice make burned out after 13 months. The new fridge, the exact same model, is now have similar ice maker issues. I have called service repeatedly but still have no resolution. They now are having me call Lowes. I will never purchase another Electrolux appliance as their service and quality of product are so poor, it's not worth the hassle.
