I have owned the workforce 310 for a year and a half. As far as I am concerned it exists only for the sale of Epson ink. That is pretty much a scam in itself. To make matters worse this printer just broke because I replaced one depleted ink cartridge with one I bought from TARGET which was defective. So to summarize:
(1) Its a lousy printer
(2) That exists to sell over priced ink
(3) It broke because a major chain sold me one cartridge of defective ink.
I think that qualifies for completely unsatisfactory don't you?
