Not Safe

My dryer caught fire. My wife religiously cleans the lint catch tray after every single load and the company claims that you need to have a "certified technician" clean out your lint trap and the vent exhaust every six months for the life of the unit. I could not even imagine what could have happened to my family had I not been home to put out the fire. Never Again!!!
