HEATING ELEMENT WARPED AND BURNT HOLE IN TUB AND MFR DOESN'T CARE

I was a loyal Frigidaire customer until this incident. After 23 months of use, the heating element warped and burnt a hole thru the tub and leaked water all over the place. I called Frigidaire and got the party line..."sorry sir, since its outside the warranty time, we arent liable." This is an obvious defect and never should happen in such a short time frame and I gave Frigidaire the option to keep my business. They've lost a customer.
