Needs to be recalled

This year I purchased Frigidaire's Double Oven 30" Gallery stove model # FGEF306TMFA. It's the one on their TV commercial. This stove needs to be recalled because on Thanksgiving when I placed a 20 pound turkey on the hot rack, the rack shifted, and it fell to the bottom of the oven. It was jammed in there because one side of the rack was still on the track and the other side was at the bottom of the oven. I managed to get the rack out and tried it again and the same thing happened. On the next try I held the rack in the center while my husband gently placed the turkey on it. It stayed in place however I could not take the turkey in and out of the oven to baste. I called service and the morons at Frigidaire engineering department are telling the service to replace the liner with the exact same liner. The rack needs to be resigned, wider because there is a half inch play in it. This stove is dangerous and needs to be recalled.
