Fridgidaire FGTUB2642LF

This fridge has a problem with the ice dispenser. It freezes up and stops making ice. There is a small protruding panel just underneath the ice maker and that keeps getting ice build up in it. We constantly have to unload this fridge and defrost it. Also, the refrigerator part does not go cold enough. I have ours set on 38 and it measures 42.
