Dead on arrival

I recently purchased a Frigidaire FGUI2149LF. Within hours of delivery the freezer compartment began to produce ice on the side and top walls (just like old non frost freeze refrigerator. The service tech came and immediately knew what the problem was. Then we had to wait for the parts to be ordered. This was a highly rated unit by Consumer Reports Magazine.
